Sandy Pernick


Well known in the field of telephone based marketing and sales, Sandy Pernick has provided consulting services to hundreds of companies who understand the benefit of  having a professional, fully functional telephone program.  With emphasis on the processes resulting in sales, marketing and service, she stands alone in developing programs that meet or exceed client goals.

Sandy is a past president of the American Teleservices Association and co-chaired several of their highly successful conferences. She sat on the advisory committee of the Chicago Association of Direct Marketing’s Teleservices Group and was an instructor for DePaul University's Direct Marketing Certificate Program.  Sandy was on the OpCom steering committee of the DMA’s Teleservices Council and co-chaired their TeleService Conferences for several years.

Among industry awards, Sandy was the recipient of the DMA's Telephone Marketing Excellence Award, ATA’s Industry Excellence Award and Founder’s Award and TeleProfessional Magazine’s Top Ten Telepro Award.

A frequent speaker and author of several articles on subjects relating to telephone sales and service, Sandy is listed in Target Marketing's Industry Makers, and Who’s Who in Advertising.  She has her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and Master of Arts in Political Psychology, both from Roosevelt University, Chicago.
